The party s platform does not seem coherent and bodes ill for the prospects of peace in Europe. Contrary to their promise as an antiwar and even anticapitalist party, the Greens in Europe, perhaps due to their overwhelming middle and upper middle class membership, have been showing for a couple of decades an increasingly pronounced bourgeois outlook, and a disturbing willingness to play on the globalist side against multilateralist nations.
