The cityâs rock climbing venue on Swanston Street is up for grabs but potential buyers are being offered a development opportunity rather than climbing frames.
The high-profile glass-walled space at 8 Franklin Street covers 582 square metres of floor but is 14 metres high and could be converted into a multi-storey 2000-plus sq m shop, restaurant or office. Itâs expected to fetch more than $8 million.
