PHOENIXVILLE The Phoenixville Area High School Marching Phantoms will host the Phantom Phestival of Bands, a marching band field show and competition on Saturday, Oct. 28. The event is sponsored by the Phantom Music Boosters and students compete within the Cavalcade of Bands organization. Beginning at 6 p.m., 10 area high school marching bands will perform, including the Phoenixville Marching Phantoms. According to Cavalcade rules, each band has a 15-minute window to set up, perform their show, and clear the field. Each show uniquely blends music, choreography, and visual design.
