Since its much-welcome return in 2017 and then again after a two-year COVID hiatus the Rose Arts Festival in Norwich, taking place Saturday in the city’s Chelsea Parade Park, has, ah, blossomed.

After a two-year COVID-19 hiatus, the festival returned with rotating live music, food trucks, a kids play area, art displays and other creative stations.
It's the busy start of a summer of outdoor music opportunities. Connecticut hosts at least 10 exciting music festivals this weekend, including the Hartford Latino Festival and the Rose Arts Festival in Norwich.
