Youll get a different story depending on who you talk to but some of the observations i have are that the commercial retail model has had certain drawbacks that may be addressed by the social club model. Its still only about two thirds of purchases of cannabis are being made on the legal market, so theres still about a third of the market being served by illicit dealers, which, after five years, itjust suggests it has been a slow road to diminishing that stranglehold that the illicit market had on the cannabis business.
