Dublin City Schools says Dr. Fred Williams, the 2024 Georgia Superintendent of the Year, was selected as one of four national finalists from a pool of more than 13,000 candidates.
The announcement was made Thursday at the Georgia School Boards Association/Georgia School Superintendents Association Conference at the Renaissance Atlanta Waverly Hotel & Convention Center.
Dr. Fred Williams, the Superintendent of Dublin City Schools, is one of four finalists for the 2024 Georgia Superintendent of the Year, according to the Georgia School Superintendents Association (GSSA).
