MONTREAL & SINGAPORE, February 18, 2024 The Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS) and the International Federation of Air Line Pilots’ Associations (IFALPA) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) today to work together on aviation safety training and competency development.
