New Zealander Steven Adams contributed 13 points to the New Orleans Pelicans’ cause as they held on for a 120-116 win over Toronto Raptors in their NBA game on Sunday afternoon (NZT). Centre Adams also added 9 rebounds as the Pelicans, who lost a 12-point lead in the final quarter to briefly trail in the final 4 minutes, surged back to limit the Raptors to just 1 point in the final 2mins 27secs of regulation time.
