The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation in Mumbai has issued a caution to devotees regarding the usage of aging and risky road over bridges (ROBs) during the upcoming Ganeshotsav festivities. Weight restrictions have been placed on certain bridges undergoing repairs, and organizers have been instructed not to exceed a load of 16 tonnes.
The event which saw participation of local BJP leaders including BJP MLA Ganpat Gaikwad, projected a united alliance, which recently had faced differences over advertisement controversy by Shive Sena (Shinde faction), after claims by local BJP leaders over Thane and Kalyan Loksabha seats and delayed cabinet expansion., India News, Times Now
