Taipei, Oct. 11 (CNA) Pressure exerted by tectonic plates caused a magnitude-5.9 earthquake that occurred early Tuesday morning off the coast of eastern Taiwan and was felt in most parts of Taiwan, according to the Central Weather Bureau (CWB).
