According to three sources, the Intelligence Agency warned there were likely civilians in the area and possibly children just seconds before the missile found its target. The military hit the toyota following a Suicide Bombing that killed 13 u. S. Troops and scores of afghans racing to evacuate at the kabul airport. But the pentagon now admits No One in the car was linked to isisk, calling the Air Strike a mistake. Seven of those killed in the attack were children.
