On Wednesday, May 24, 2023, Jewish Home of Cincinnati (JHC) held its Annual meeting at Rockdale Temple. Board Chair Jan Frankel welcomed approximately 60 attendees who gathered to hear updates from the organization and to celebrate Larry Neuman, who was honored with a Lifetime Achievement Award. Oscar was a life-long resident of Cincinnati and the child of Holocaust survivors (the late Ike and Rebecca [nee Berliner] Jarnicki).  He went to Woodward High School and met his wife Cindy at the JCC swimming pool in 1970. They were high school sweethearts and were married for 45 years.  Oscar received his Bachelors Degree at The University of Cincinnati and earned a Masters at Xavier University. ....
