A sweeping three-day LAUSD strike that shut down Los Angeles public schools, led by school support staff and backed by teachers, ended Thursday, as workers claimed the walkout empowered their union.
Local 99 will announce the dates of a three-day walkout on Wednesday. United Teachers Los Angeles will join in. Schools will be closed if the strike takes place.
