Police arrested two teenagers for what police now describe as an armed carjacking and homicide of a high school student in Forestville, Maryland, last month.
The teen shot and killed outside Forestville Elementary School Thursday night is the same teen involved in a deadly crash in Upper Marlboro, according to police.
