I dont know all the details specifically. Its enforced by its enforced by several departments depending on the type of sound it is. In this case its the Entertainment Commission and they have someone experienced in using the sound equipment. I believe its a rating above ambient can be. If they are above that, they are in violation of the sound ordinance and unfortunately i dont know what decibel level that would be, but that is under the purview in this case the Entertainment Commission. I think we have heard from people testifying is more voices rather than music. Would they be measuring general voice levels without [ music and enttainment . Entertainment . I do think this are other properties that could well accommodate a childcare center. This is a 900 or 950squarefoot house and they want to put 21 kids. Im also a Real Estate Agent and i think it diminishes the value of the property because if a lot of people work at home these days and you will hear a lot of kids throughout the day. I had a house recently across from the school and the first question out of everybodys mouth is what about the school . How loud is it . If its right next to you, its very loud and all the way around there is a lot of neighborhood people that are concerned. So i hope that you dont pass it.
