of 35 miles per hour, winds exceeding 35 miles per hour for an extended length of time, visibility reduced by a quarter of a mile or less. double barrel lows, what we re talking about here. we ve got this low off the coast, that s going to become our noreaster and lows across the great lakes, ohio river valley and both of them are working together to bring us some serious snow across portions of the ohio river valley, up towards the new england region. there s d.c., an inch of snow an hour and plus. so that s what we re getting in d.c. right now, with wind gusts in excess of 40, as we saw caroline say, blizzard conditions right now. baltimore, also seeing wind gusts in excess of 40 miles per hour, up towards philly and new jersey, a little rain, that could bring our snowfall totals down a little bit but we re looking anywhere from 6-12 inches from d.c. to boston. we re going to be watching this closely and will keep you up today toit up to date on the fox weather
