La Paz, Jun 19 (Prensa Latina) The reappearance of former President Gonzalo Sanchez de Lozada in several media outlets is evidence of overseas conspiracy to destabilize Bolivia; he is hiding in the US as he is wanted by the Bolivian law for his direct participation in an 2003 massacre.
