Saturday, the park’s Native American Games demonstration is at 2 p.m. for 30 minutes. The fun, active event allows kids to learn about the games Mississippians played here in years past.
According to the park service, it's the most sacred site to the Muskogee Creek Tribe, and was the last place the tribe inhabited before they were moved to present day Oklahoma.
