will we strike? absolutely if the state doesn t come anywhere near what we re asking. reporter: the state school system is facing a deficit but is still offering a race to faculty but they re concerned about rising health care costs, sabbaticals and if they get what they need from the legislature, then i tote sally support them. they re concerned about a prolonged strike, it k0ud mess with the semester, grades and financial aid. a long strike could delay december graduations. reporter: and another concern is homecoming, which kicks off this weekend at both cooks town and here at west chester, some students concerned that the parade and other events could be cancelled. negotiations are continuing, and 12 hours until that deadline. again the strike will affect more than 100,000 students at 14 universities. but this only applies to state owned schools in pennsylvania. now to decision 2016, with voters heading to the polls in just three weeks. the clinton campaign s
