The founders of Bugle Call Coffee, which has been in business for three years, wanted their name to convey a daily military ritual in a playful way for service members and veterans to connect with.
The market, located on New Kent Highway next to the Route 106 roundabout near the New Kent Winery, will be open from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and will host over 20 vendors.
