As we are painfully aware Small Businesses have closed or had their operations severely limited so we can stop the spread of covid19 in San Francisco. We know those precautions saved lives. San francisco continues to have the best covid Health Outcomes of any major city in the country and most notably the death rate the lowest in the nation. That did not happen by accident. It was due to work and sacrifice from the people who live in the city and did not come without a severe cost of its own.
