Botanical rum Ron Cabezon launched in 2020 Launched in summer 2020, Ron Cabezon is a five-year-old gold rum, blended from liquid sourced from the Dominican Republic and Guyana. The rum from Guyana and the Dominican Republic is split into two batches, which are then put through two processes. This includes fruit maceration for a few weeks, the addition of Arabian cubebs, said to give a ‘slight smokiness’ to the final flavour, and the inclusion of West African kola nuts. The rum is finished with a touch of honey and Madagascan vanilla.
