As we struggle with the pandemic in Calgary, I would like to take a moment to reflect on just one post-pandemic possibility for our city.
We know that close to 30 per cent of the downtown office space is vacant in 2021.

A few years ago, on a visit to St. John’s, N.L., I stumbled into a unique response to empty downtown office space.
I was browsing in a retail shop when noticed a sign on the door declaring, “Artist in Residence, second floor.”
