RICHMOND, Va. (WWBT) - 3:00PM UPDATE: Rain continues into Wednesday evening for the I-95 corridor with a wintry mix from Louisa County toward Charlottesville and Harrisonburg points north.
A Winter Weather Advisory is in effect until midnight for places that could see up to an inch of snow with a glazing of ice possible on top.
