crisis conflict researcher for human watch richard weir. thank you for joining us. i know you have been investigating these attacks on civilians around kiev where you are, what have you discovered so far? well, once we are able to get access to areas in and around kiev, when russian forces withdraw, all we found was evidence of extraordinary violence. each of the cities that we visited like bucha ahave effectively been turned into crime scenes, where we have been documenting sudden executions, torture and other indiscriminate violence that left civilians dead or maimed over the course of the russian occupation. other parts of the country as you well know, including mariupol, for example, have been under vehicle for weeks. do you fever what we are seeing is only the tip of iceberg?
