The Indian market remained shut on Tuesday on account of a public holiday. Sectorally, buying was seen in metal, public sector, energy, utilities, and power stocks while selling was visible in IT, consumer durables, and healthcare stocks.
In otherwise weak markets, the BSE shares saw significant price action which was backed with strong volume as 18,70,050 shares changed hands on the NSE around 11:15 am.
Investment income during the second quarter increased 30% YoY to 47.5 crore. The same stood at Rs 36.6 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. Operating EBITDA for the reporting quarter grew multifold to Rs 142 crore against just 13.4 crore in the last year quarter
