Ben E. Ryan, age 94 of New Hampton, passed away on Saturday, May 6, 2023, at the New Hampton Nursing & Rehab Center as a result of colon cancer.
Ben was the son of Ben E. Ryan, Sr. and Martha L. (Haker) Ryan.

LAFAYETTE – All CityBus drivers and riders will be required to continue wearing masks, even as the statewide mask mandate ends Tuesday and changes to a mask advisory.
CityBus will follow the federal mask mandate under an executive order from President Joe Biden, as the entity is federally funded. Under Biden s order, mask-wearing is required while riding public transportation nationwide, which includes planes, trains, buses and other types of public transportation, including transit stations and airports.
The bus is providing free surgical masks to any customer in need. Riders may request a mask from the driver while boarding the bus.
Indiana s statewide mask mandate, first put in place by Gov. Eric Holcomb in July 2020 expires Tuesday, leaving decision making and enforcement up to local leadership.
