Typically started some random shooting outside the facility. There was no confrontation with anyone that was there. There was no disturbance. There was to argument. While they have not named him officially so far, cnn has learned through a few different Law Enforcement sources that this was an individual known to state, law and local Law Enforcement officials that a Family Member called in a warning to them that this individual had a propensity for violence, there was an investigation open, but at some point the fbi closed that investigation saying there wasnt enough information to continue it. Its not clear why it was closed but then this happened so im sure they will go back and look at it
