It seems like here s the case. trump better hope he has a legal defense meaning presidential records act or the piercing of attorney-client privilege. roiz, he s got a real problem. i would agree with you. every time get a new indictment, i read it twice. first with my traditional prosecutor s eye. this one struck me as strong. then i read it again and say what s the defense going to be. not only do i think the defense will be a constitutional defense. the best defense is nonlegal. the best defense is for donald trump to get this thing pushed past the election and hope he wins, which he will dispose of this case. the other defense or hope for donald trump given the strength of the evidence here is the jury pool. remember, this case will be tried in florida. a state that donald trump won. even in the southern portion of florida, he lot 45% of the vote. and the reality is your jury in this case is going to have
We are diagnosing more servicical cancers at a late stage, at stage 4, and that has physicians taking a close eye on what might be happening here. help us understand the factors that might be contributing to the roiz in cases? right, so the factors are twofold. there are two factors the researchers point to. number one, they say there appears to be a trend among young women to not keep up with their cervical cancer screenings. most healthy women are recommended to complete their pap test every three years. and there are some data points to suggest that some women are not doing that. if you don t keep up with your screening, if you do have cervical cancer, you can t identify the case early on. the second factor here, jake, researchers did point to low vaccination rates for the hpv vaccine. we know hpv is a virus associated with cervical cancer, so low vaccination rates might be playing a role here.
And so are we. john creech was sentenced to the maximum for manslaughter, 11 years in prison. the da in detroit, michigan, indicted mr. creech on federal drug trafficking charges. if it convicted, his exposure is anywhere from five to 40 years in prison. in june 2019, john creech was found guilty of conspiracy to distribute a controlled substance. he was given ten years, ten months, a sentence he ll serve concurrently with his remaining time for manslaughter in a california state prison. and lisa smith has done her best to restart life. she and the broiz in hawaii now, far from the wreckage of that california life. that never was quite as perfect as it looked. it s painful to remain there. it is starting fresh.
