(mark) breaking news we are following. federal prosecutors announce charges against several assistant college basketball coaches for alleged corruption. there are reports that the schools involved include u-s-c. oklahoma state. auburn. and arizona. the details of the charges have not been released but the wall street journal is reporting that the charges stem from an investigation into bribery and kickback schemes. a total of 10 people have been charged including representatives from a major sportswear company. the u-s attorney in new york is set to hold a news conference at 9:00 this morning. we will follow that news conference when it happens and bring you updates through out the morning. a san jose police officer is recovering this morning after his patrol car was rear ended. it happened early this morning near camden avenue and union avenue. the officer was stopped in his patrol car when the driver of the other car crashed into him. that driver was arrested for d-u-i. the
