The Nigerian Army has said that troops of the Joint Task Force, North West, Operation Hadarin Daji (OPHD), in Katsina State have rescued 35 kidnapped victims and killed two terrorists in during a search-and-rescue operation. The Information Officer of Operation Hadarin Daji, Captain Yahaya Ibrahim, who made this known in a statement on Tuesday said that the operation was carried out on January 27, during a clearance operation to some identified terrorist camps at Dumburum forest in the state.
