Three residents of New Milford have filed a lawsuit alleging that Bridgeport-headquartered Aquarion Water Co. knowingly provided water with an elevated level of “forever chemicals” without warning them.
The Bridgeport-headquartered Aquarion Water Co. announced that it closed on the $8 million purchase of the municipal water and wastewater treatment systems for the Town of New Hartford in Litchfield County.
