A Leechburg man is charged with assaulting a woman on a sidewalk and inside a residence in Leechburg, according to a criminal complaint. Brad Lee Reidy, 21, was arraigned Wednesday and faces a felony strangulation charge and misdemeanor charges of simple assault and unlawful restraint from an incident Tuesday night. According to a criminal complaint filed on May 5, Leechburg police Officer Miranda Tasker said she was dispatched about 10 p.m. to the police station on Market Street in response to a report of a man beating up a woman in public. ....
