On March 12, vegan company Mrs. Goldfarb’s Unreal Deli will launch a Reuben burger at plant-based burger chain Next Level Burger. The THICC Boi Burger features Unreal corned beef stacked on top of a Beyond Burger patty that is covered in melted vegan smoked gouda, sauerkraut, pickles, and special sauce, which is all served on a toasted bun.
“The Next Level team reached out, knowing we made the best corned beef around, for a new killer (no kill) Reuben burger,” Unreal Deli founder Jenny Goldfarb told VegNews. “We are big fans of what Next Level is up to turning scrumptious comfort classics vegan and we’re so stoked to join the party.”
