developments in a shooting in west chester that killed an 18-year-old. mark: police have identified one additional suspect in wednesday s shooting. police have arrested a second person in the shooting jibril darnell willingham. already charged in the case justin koch. he s being held on a $2 million bond. tyler kassow was killed wednesday at his home on cincinnati columbus road. tyler s brother says, two men pushed their way into the house, and fired a shot that hit tyler. police have not given a motive, but this may have been about money and possibly an x-box. smith: my son said that they came in and said after they shot him oh you have an xbox and a tv, and that s what they took. mark: justin koch is charged with complicity to murder, and burglary. expected to face similar lisa: another legal loss for former judge tracie hunter. the court of appeals has upheld her conviction for unlawful interest in a public contract. lisa: s mark: the ruling comes just a few days

do because you get to know god, you ve got something. god is almighty and i m so thankful that that everything was uncovered because i ve been a servant of the lord for as long as i ve been living on earth. i ve been loving the lord and i knew i know the lord and i know the rath of god. also i know the love of god, so i just thank god that everything is being revealed. i knew that he loved my child. i knew that this was not going to be uncovered, and i pray that everybody out there, all the soldiers who was out there marching with me for the justice for my son, i thank you, and i hope that you continue to do this not just for my son but for many others because and i m ready to join the battlefield because my heart goes out for so many that have been unjust. but you all have got to realize that god is in the forehead. god is god. we re just the soldiers. he ll fight the battle. let him fight this battle and just be thankful. i want everybody to just lift up their heads i
