Natura Loft DBSS review: A condo-looking HDB flat with excellent amenities

480 If Natura Loft sounds familiar to you, it could be because it has been making headlines for minting million dollar HDBs. Launched in November 2008 (right smack in the middle of the Global Financial Crisis), Natura Loft was the fourth DBSS project in Singapore that promised condo-like features such as an underground basement carpark (this was not the norm in HDBs then) and a condominium-looking facade. The developer Qingjian Realty (also the developer of the upcoming Forett at Bukit Timah) braved the gloomy market sentiments and pushed on with its marketing efforts, with four-room flat prices ranging from $465K – $586K, while five-room flat prices ranged between $590K – $739K.
