they think, he they are referring to as the republican party. what do you think this is going to be an issue, this tax cut package is going to be an issue as we approach november 2018? well, i think it s going to be a really important issue, and i think the republican party and this trump administration by passing this bill shows that they care about powerful interests over middle class families. and look, it s just a fact that the majority of this tax cut benefits the wealthy corporations and pass throughs like the trump organization, and that s just something that you can t hide from. and, you know, the interesting thing about the individual that paul ryan cited is that, you know, she gets a costco membership, but if you re in the top 1%, you get an average tax cut of $51,000 a year. it s going to be a debate about our priorities. which way do we want to go? do we want an economy like under president obama where we had better job creation the last two years, a strong stock market,
equipping american workers to really face the challenges of a next generation economy, a more automated economy, an economy where robots are doing a larger share of the work, a truly disrupted economy where more people are phased into lower wage jobs that are only part-time jobs. and also please stop talking about the stock market and 401(k)s. for the majority of families on working class incomes who are fighting to participate in this recovery, which is it true is stop and start, that doesn t affect them. they don t have the money, the luxury of benefitting from a roaring stock market or increase in their 401(k). please stop saying that to those voters. what they are going to get, yes, eight out of ten families are going to get a tax cut from this bill. that may be good news over time for republicans. but let s make no mistake about it. every single study of this bill shows that it is dramatically redistributed towards the wealthiest part of this society. the top 5% of income earners

you re in the middle class, you can t afford to get healthcare. what good is coverage? obamacare approval is still at all time high. i think talking about the anxieties people have about republicans possibly blowing this repeal, not just the replacement. we talked. this at length. democrats don t have message. do you know what blowing obamacare does, it gives them a message in the midterm election. republicans made a ton of promises. i want to go back to two thing. free market idea. i ask, you knew that the president ran on that. why is that not in the bill? why did that become a bullying negotiating point? that was a tenfold to be able to take your insurance. that s one thing. the other is with small businesses. this would alleviate according to what the bill shows, the 29, 49 principle. they can hire more people and get beyond working them to 29 hours a week. work them real jobs.
