About what is in this deal. that is right. we are told it is $39 billion in spending cuts. that is the final lineup what they re going to cut from the federal budget. but also we have been reporting extensively on the fact that one of last big holdups was the fact that republicans wanted to cut what is known as title ten funding, funding like planned parenthood. that is not in this bill. this is not in this spending bill, however, what senate democrats agreed to was a separate vote on that issue and at some point, probably next week, to at least allow that to be heard. that is not in the spending bill, to cut money for planned parenthood. one of the other so-called policy riders the republicans was pushing was the idea of cutting funding for the president s health care a lot. that was a nonstarter for democrats. they are allowing that to be
