(CLAY CITY) The Village of Clay City has issued a “boil water order” until further notice for all water customers at the ball park on South First Southeast Street and continuing east, including Blackberry Lane. The “boil water order” is also for water customers south of Route 50, including those along Big Four Road, Saddle Club Road, Vincennes Road SE and SW, Tower Road, Angling Road, and Mead Street. Also it’s been announced that due to a major water leak last night, the Village of Clay City has shut off the water supply to all of the Clay City Schools. Therefore, there is no school today (Friday) at any level in Clay City.
