Turned into a category 4 in the past 20 minutes expected to hit big bend southeast of tallahassee. this morning, this is what we re discussing, pinellas county and officials wanted people to get off clear water beach. this water coming from the gulf, the wind and intermittent wind gust with pockets of rain will continue. we have a light that is about to go down, this is developing and becoming hostile environment and we could see catastrophic flooding up and down big bend. category 4 major hurricane continues to come in. not common for category 4 hurricane to come to big bend at all, a lot of rain pushing in. ebbs and flows of hurricane, this is what we ll see.
