Abbey Laine Brumagin
MADISON, N.C. – Abbey Laine Brumagin, 23, died on Wednesday, Jan. 6, 2021 at Wake Forest Baptist Hospital.
The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m., Wednesday, Jan. 13, 2021 at Colonial Funeral Home. A brief service will follow at 8 p.m. A celebration of her life will be held at a later date.
Abbey was born on May 29, 1997 in Guilford County, North Carolina. She was a 2015 graduate of Dalton L. McMichael High School and had dreams of becoming an elementary school teacher. Abbey had the personality to change any negative energy into positive energy; she was a bright light in every room she entered. She never met a stranger, if they were, they would be friends in 5 minutes. One of Abbey’s best traits, even on her darkest of days, she would be able to give anyone words of encouragement to make their day so much better. She was a brilliant writer, whether it was about her feelings or beautiful poetry. She enjoyed going to concerts with
