Berthold police chief Al Schmidt’s K-9 Hunter alerted to the presence of narcotics on cash found in a car stopped early Thursday morning on U.S. Highway 2, according to a police affidavit. Pamella Johnson, Stanley, was subsequently arrested and charged with Class A felony intent to deliver about one pound of methamphetamine, also reportedly found in her vehicle.
Berthold police say one pound of methamphetamine and nearly $10,000 in cash were seized after a woman was stopped along U.S. Highway 2 early Thursday for driving with an inoperable headlight.
Pamella Jo Johnson, 50, Stanley, is charged in district court in Minot with Class A felony intent to deliver methampehtamine and Class C felony possession of drug paraphernalia.
