Since mid-November, the district has been in-and-out of remote learning, presenting challenges for student-athletes.
âWe havenât had kids in class for three of the last four weeks, weâve been all virtual, said boys basketball coach Dave Pugliese. âAs a classroom teacher, when we have to do virtual classes and are not able to have kids in the building, itâs tough to think that we can bring them into the building to play sports.â

Prior to the district going all remote for the first time on November 12, Pugliese did have his guys together on the court. They were able to get together in the gym twice as a team before the school moved to online learning.
