A woman says where this cold is now, a light pole used to be up in the air until she ran into it as she was trying to escape a man who was shooting at her. This started nearby. She says she was rearended at the guy who rearended her took off. She followed him and wanted to get his information. She says instead he took out a gun and started shooting.
