Puddles, thats what happens around the offramps, sometimes drains are blocked, sometimes the drainage machines are off so that will be an issue. Usual suspects through san jose, flooding reports scattered around and here is 87 at 85 with recent rain. Weve got that radar around here but you take it off and youre met with green.
