CHARLESTON — Jefferson Elementary School students turned out Friday morning to watch a parade of farm tractors, some wider than a traffic lane and nearly two stories tall.
The threat of an approaching storm didn't dampen action on the opening day of the 2023 O'Neill Cold Water Classic at iconic Steamer Lane in Santa Cruz on Wednesday.
Some of the best surfers in the world, including another strong local contingent, will take on iconic surf break Steamer Lane in the 2023 O’Neill Cold Water Classic. The competition window begins Wednesday and runs through Sunday.
