They drove right into it because they say not enough barrels and signs were posted warning them about it. Its all part of an 8 Million Construction project here along west 130th street from perk construction. They just started work and a local Business Manager says hes already watched several drivers damage their cars. This being one of them. I poke is the driver. He tells me this barrel and caution tape were not in place when he drove into the hole. So i called a couple of people within the public works department.
