The belarusian Opposition Journalist Roman protasevich who was arrested after the authorities forced his flight to divert to Minsk Has appeared in a video, apparently confessing to organising mass protests against the president. In the statement, Mr Protasevich says hes being treated well and is co operating with investigators. His forehead looks bruised his colleagues say hes been beaten. The footage of Mr Protasevich was shown as Eu Leaders met in brussels to discuss how to respond to the incident. Theyve agreed to impose further sanctions on belarus.
