An Indianapolis man who was serving time in Marion County is now facing high-level charges in Johnson County for dealing heroin.
Baylie Davale Rowe, 25, is charged with dealing cocaine or a narcotic drug, a Level 2 felony; dealing cocaine or a narcotic drug, a Level 4 felony; and driving while suspended, a misdemeanor. He could face up to 43 years in prison if convicted on all counts and ordered to serve consecutive sentences.
Sheriff’s deputies gathered evidence that between June 30 and July 2, Rowe sold more than 17 grams of heroin in the parking lots of fast-food restaurants in Greenwood, near the Main Street interchange of Interstate 65, according to court documents filed Nov. 23 in Johnson County Superior Court 3. ....
