Sarge is getting his due in New Jersey. The longtime New Jersey Devils do-it-all skater and assistant coach in the organization, Sergei Brylin, is getting inducted into the Devils Ring of Honor on January 20, 2024. This post is a reaction to the good news.

Early last Friday evening, Moose Younghans cellphone suddenly buzzed with activity. Carl Fish, pride of St. Paul Johnson High School, had just scored his first goal for the Gophers. I got 22 text messages in three minutes when he scored that goal, said Younghans, the Governors boys hockey coach.
